Brewed a Scottish Ale today, using the outdoor burner for the first time. Took the boil time down quite a bit- maybe 30 min to a rolling boil. Very nice. Great having the new gear- cool it down, siphon right into the fermenter. I haven’t tapped into the Red yet, still aging in the keg. Gets better each time I test, so trying to be patient.
