Ok, so I pirated Cape Cod Brewery’s Red recipe during our tour of the facility. Not going to commercially sell it, it’s all for the good of beer in general. Got the ingredients this week, looking forward to cooking this one. I have a new fermenter on the way, and upgrading my brew kettle, so I think the batches will turn out about as good as they can get. Just about out of the Altbier, so it’s time to get moving!
