Ok, finally.. I’m back. Sadly, I haven’t recorded much in the last year, but I hope to keep going. New ingredients got here- an Amber. Mostly amber grain, some caramel 80L for color. Willamette hops and White Labs yeast. I’ve tried this one before and really liked it- this time I’m using the same hop for bittering and aroma just to mess with the recipe a little. Hope to brew soon- will post again once I have some results.
