This batch has sat in the secondary several weeks, smells great.. moved to the keg and all it has to do now is cool off and carbonate!

Ok, my Alt seems to be ready.. this one in particular had to age a bit, but it’s nice and crisp now. This one came out darker than expected but I overdid the dark grains. Tastes great, just a little darker than my usual Alt.
