Ok, I have a lot of previous brewing to share… currently, I just kegged a German Alt that should be ready in a week or so. It’s a little dark, I used a little more black patent in my grain mix and it’s darker than I expected, but should be no worries there.
Getting a few buddies into brewing, hoping to hear from them here soon.. :o) Also reached out to a few friends that brew as well, maybe we can get some input and some recipe ideas!
